KiteCompare is a kitesurfing price comparison tool. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and how we use it.

What we collect

Analytics (anonymous)

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count pageviews. It does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personal information. We also track anonymous events server-side (which products are viewed, what searches are performed, which shop links are clicked) to improve the service. None of this data identifies individual users.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via email so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not store contact form submissions in a database.

What we don't collect

We don't use cookies, we don't require user accounts, and we don't collect or store any personal data beyond contact form submissions.

Third-party links

When you click through to a shop, you leave KiteCompareand are subject to that shop's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold (i.e., contact form submissions). Use our contact page to make a request.
